The full terms of use are published before the beta opens (February 28, 2027), after review with a lawyer. There is nothing to accept today: the site offers no service other than the waiting list.
What is already true, and will be in the terms
- StrategyCheck is software operated by Tulkas LLC (Delaware, USA). It is not an investment adviser or broker-dealer and is not affiliated with any broker.
- The user writes or chooses their own strategy. StrategyCheck never recommends what to trade and never ranks strategies by expected return.
- StrategyCheck has no discretion: it executes rules set by the user.
- StrategyCheck does not hold funds and cannot withdraw them, and never asks for broker passwords.
- Paper and backtest results are hypothetical and do not guarantee real results. Trading involves risk of loss.
